Our purpose as a school, is to ensure that our students develop the knowledge, skills, attitudes and dispositions of inspired, life-long learners. We provide our students with a rigorous, challenging and engaging learning environment which supports them to flourish in all aspects of their lives and learning. We have high expectations of, and for, our students, and we value and build on their strengths, interests and abilities.

We have a whole-school approach to wellbeing and learning and teaching, which is built on the philosophies of Positive Education. In implementing Positive Education, we enhance learning and wellbeing via the pathways of positive emotions, relationships, health, engagement, purpose and accomplishment.

This whole-school approach is underpinned by the principles of Deep Learning, particularly the development of the 21^st Century competencies of collaboration, communication, critical thinking, citizenship, character, creativity and curiosity. We provide purposeful, strategic and sequential learning and teaching programs that deliver a comprehensive, broad, rich and inclusive curriculum for all students. Our goal is to empower and engage students in their learning by giving them authentic voice and agency.
